a leisurely drive to the local muffler shop turns into a highlight reel from a point-to-point rally race. wet conditions make sudden braking and a slight right turn a recipe for a 180degree spin into the Monroe store driveway.
a few ”ohh’s” and a couple ”ahh’s” and the statement (by the proprietor): ”hope you really needed something from us.”

there’s a time to keep your brakes locked and a time to let off the brakes, one simply has to know the difference.
